Blog Post Writing for Traffic

Blogs are a great way to increase traffic to your products and services. However, many people are struggling with getting the results they want. If you are a blogger, you probably understand what I'm talking about. So how do you use blog post writing to increase traffic and sales? Well there is a process for doing this, and it's not that difficult. Here are some steps I think you should consider:

Writing a great title is the first step. How do you expect people to take the time to read your article if the title doesn't grab their attention? You wouldn't, right? Crafting a title that grabs your target audience's attention is crucial. Use words like, secret, strategies, missing formula, etc. In other words, write titles that appeal to their emotions.

Choosing the right keywords to write your blog posts around is the second step. The fact is that you cannot get traffic to your blog posts if you use the wrong keywords. You must compile a list of the best keywords in your market and construct your content around them. People are searching for information by using keywords. Find the exact key word phrases that your target audience uses to find you and write a blog post around them.

The third step is to write great content. Don't be boring. Tell your story. Give people something to read that sparks their imagination. There are always hot topics to write about in each market. Find the hot topics that people are raving about and construct an article about it.

Fourth, start building links to your posts. In order to get your posts indexed in Google, Yahoo and Bing, you must build links to your pages. This is just the way things work. It's alright to be somewhat aggressive with your linking strategy. However, I wouldn't recommend getting too many links too fast. This can cause the search engines to become suspicious of your link building methods.

Finally, use social networking websites to spread the word. The best way to get your content all over the web is to get others to do it for you. Social buzz is awesome! You can write a great blog post about something controversial and then share it with people on these social websites. If your content is excellent, it will go viral. Leveraging the power of many people is far greater than leveraging your own efforts.

By the way, do you want access to a complete follow-up sales funnel that generates 100's of leads to your business every day, and generates $3,480 in sales per day?

A Beginners Guide On How To Generate Leads

I think it's safe to say that the ability to generate leads is the number one dilemma that most people face when it comes to internet marketing. Not only is it the most common problem, but it's also the most notorious reason for putting thousands of people out of business too.

Pretty scary right?

So why is it so hard to generate leads in the first place? I mean, since having a steady stream of leads is the beating heart of a business, why are so many people struggling with it?

Most people dive right into the business building activities before drawing up a day to day plan on what to do. Believe it or not, but having a daily plan of action and mapping out what you are going to do is the key to success, not running around trying every lead generation strategy that exists on the planet.

Writing up a business plan is the money making skill and the sign of a true entrepreneur.

I didn't believe it at first until I experienced the hardships and drawbacks that not having a plan wrecked on my business...

Ironically, to generate leads you don't jump straight into it first off. You plan and focus your efforts on everything you need to know for one strategy and take it from there.

That's not to say learn everything first and then implement later. You implement as you go along. This saves a lot of time and any mistakes you learn along the way is a valuable lesson learned.

Mistakes are inevitable, essential and vital for growing your business.

Trust me on this, this is how to generate leads the right way. Lead generation will be consistent and easier when you have a clear idea of how, why and where your leads and coming from.

See most people have this the other way around, where they dive right into a lead generation strategy and hop around because leads weren't popping up in their inbox after day 1.

So be patient and don't stop trying. Be consistent and be willing to learn and master your chosen marketing strategy.

How Does Having A Plan Help Me To Generate Leads?

Alright so how exactly does having a plan enable you to generate leads?

Well first off, when you actually take the time to sit down and draw up your daily plan of action, it reinforces the notion that you are serious about succeeding in your online business and that this isn't some hobby that you took up for fun.

Knowing what you're going to be doing for the day will save you a lot of time and allow you to focus on the money making activities, such as lead generation.

As I mentioned earlier, focus on mastering one strategy. Do NOT jump from one strategy to the next. Be aware that results take time and that they do not happen overnight. Be as laser focused as you can in the beginning and develop this into a habit.

Finally, when you start to implement your daily plan of action consistently, leads will start coming in and steadily too. Do it for long enough and you will reap the fruits of your labours. Having a plan will allow you to reap the benefits a lot faster than not having one.

And that's how to generate leads for your business. If you would like to learn more about online marketing, or lead generation tactics, then visit here.

Ways to Increase Your Internet Traffic by Increasing Article Marketing Submission

Internet article marketing does require a lot of time. To maximize your submission speed great time management skill is needed. The following things will greatly speed up your article submission and hence your internet traffic will go up in no time.

Be consistent with the article format you are going to use. All the chapters, topics and sub-topics should have the same format and writing style. All the margins should be set on the same level just like the work is supposed to be. If you choose a format in the beginning you should stick to it till the end of the article.
Always use a simple checklist to make sure that all articles are correct before submission. This is done to check out for the following.
To check the spelling. Always make an effort to spell check your entire article to make sure that they are in good and presentable form for your readers. This can be done using the spell check that is normally available in your word processor.
Check out for key word richness. The key word should be well represented in the title of the article and also in the first paragraph. If it is not possible to put the key word in the first paragraph make sure you fix it in the beginning of the article.
Check your article for content cohesiveness. You should always read your article twice and try to derive sense out of the article. Make necessary changes where applicable and where you think your reader may not understand.
Always check out for your title uniqueness using Google.Always submit multiple articles to save time. Writing an article and submitting it and later writing another article and submitting is always cost a lot of time. A lot of time is wasted while logging in and out of article submission sites.
Always check out for broken links if the articles submission site allows for attachment of links in articles submitted.
One should always revisit the resource boxes and ensure that no changes will be made during submission. A different message should be filled out in every check box based on the marketing efforts. All the jobs to be done should be put ahead before submission. The submission of the article should be the last item to do. One could also use a squeeze page as a way to build an email list.
All the articles to be submitted should be formatted to include HTML programming code if the will have a list of numbers and bullets.

By ensuring that you do all the above in your articles submission, the amount of traffic accessing your website is bound to happen. By doing this you will be earning quite a considerable amount of money each day as your business continues to thrive. Article writing can also make a good career business for anyone wanting to make a living.

PS
I know it is real frustrating that you have to keep on struggling to make money online. The late nights and the hours put in seem to yield little or no results. I was also struggling until I found a SECRET word and whole idea behind this.

This new concept will certainly blow your mind away. Click here to go and have a look.

Stay Safe When You Buy Advertising

You have probably heard, or discovered, that the Internet can be a den of thieves. Full of sites that will take your money and deliver nothing.

Nowhere is it more dangerous than when you buy advertising.

But there ARE ways you can protect yourself when you buy advertising.

Step 1 -- Check the site for current information, ownership, and contact information

No matter what resource you use, you must do your homework. This includes checking the site to see if the information is current.

If it isn't current, don't buy advertising from that site!

See if they offer a phone number or support center. It means they took time to set up a way for people to get support. Many sites offer email contact only. Send them an email, but remember to wait a few days for a response.

If you can't contact a site before you buy advertising, consider another source.

Step 2 -- Subscribe to the site's email list or ezine

If a site offers some form of email follow-up, or an ezine, subscribe to it to see what happens.

How a site follows up with visitors is an indication of how seriously the site owner takes their, and your, business.

It's never a good idea to buy advertising without subscribing to the ezine first.

Step 3 -- Look for testimonials

While testimonials can be faked, most thieves don't go to the trouble. Testimonials about any product you are going to buy are helpful, especially when you buy advertising.

If you find testimonials and there is a link to a site, follow it. It can be very helpful to see what products do well, before you buy advertising from that source.

If you don't see testimonials listed and still want some, ask the site owner. How, and when, they respond can tell you a lot about how they do business.

Step 4 -- Insure your payment with PayPal or a credit card

As of now, I really like PayPal for buying ads online. It offers a layer of protection that few other payment options provide.

While not everyone likes PayPal, they do offer more buyer protection than most online sites.

I hope you never pay for advertising that isn't run; but if you do, PayPal will protect you in most cases if you file a non-delivery report.

Step 5 -- Buy Advertising!

If after all this it feels right, it's time to make the purchase.

Here's what should happen:

In most cases you will make the payment before you give the site your ad copyYou should get clear instructions via email about how to proceedMany advertising companies let you enter the ad on the thank you page so don't close your browser window too quickly! You will be responsible to provide the ad in the format the site or ezine accepts. You should receive a run date, or start date if you buy ads on a website, via email after your purchase.

If you need any details before you buy, simply contact the site owner or publisher. How they respond before you buy will be very telling about how they treat customers.

Step 6 -- Don't panic if you don't get an immediate response

The people who run websites are busy, get sick, have family emergencies, sometimes take vacations, and sometimes are just too tired to work -- just like you and me.

And just like most online businesses, sometimes their "thank you page" malfunctions and you can't place your ad or download what you bought. While this is bad, it's not necessarily a sign of a scam.

If you know the site is valid, contact them via email or their contact form, or call them.

If several days pass, send another message saying you will request a refund, then follow through if you don't hear back.

In the years I've been online, I've bought more products than I can count. I've also had extended periods of illness where I could not perform for my customers like I want to perform for them. Life happens.

What this has taught me is that not everyone is at the top of his or her game at all times, and patience is a virtue.

That said; if you don't get what you paid for, you have every right to get your money back, period.

No matter what you are buying online, you must take care to evaluate the merchant, as well as the offer. By doing a few minutes of basic due diligence, and following your common sense, you will be able to stay completely safe when you buy advertising.

And that is a very good thing indeed!

3 Methods of Targeted Traffic Generation

The online world is a crowded marketplace in many ways. With so many million websites abounding today it can be hard to stand out. This is especially true if you're building or working on a website or blog that is in a very crowded niche. Competing with big websites is hard for the little guy, but there are ways you can sway the traffic pull in your favor. Cheating the system and web techniques are not what we will be talking about here, we will be looking at 3 methods of targeted traffic generation that will keep you in the search engines long after the competition have decided to fold up and go away.

The first thing that you can do to generate serious amounts of traffic is to look into software that will deliver people to your site. Think of software like a shuttle bus that takes people interested in your given niche to your specific website. This can be easier than struggling through setting up paid ad campaigns and much more. The best thing about this is that you can set things up to work on autopilot and just sit back. You'll see the numbers spike incredibly, and it won't let up unless you decide you want to end the flow.

The second option is one that many people are subscribing to today, and that's social media networking. The social media world is flush with millions upon millions of sitting ducks, waiting to be marketed to. They don't even realize that the majority of their interactions are commerce related, and that's where you can jump into the fray. All you need to do is make certain that people don't peg you as a spam artist or someone that is only interested in business. By taking the reigns of social networking, you can generate serious amounts of real traffic and turn consumers into "friends" as well.

Another method of targeted traffic generation requires you to be social in a different way, guest blogging. If you can get a major blog to feature you as a guest blogger, you can drive a mountain of traffic to your website for free. Not only is this mutually beneficial, you will network together a list of blogs and friends that are all in the quest to make serious money online. This networking idea is one of the easiest ways to make friends, influence users, and get serious readership to just about any type of website you create.

The above 3 methods can be utilized by anyone, and do not require a specialized website of any kind. If you have a squeeze page, a blog, an ecommerce store, or just about any type of web presence, you can turn it into a gold mine by sending targeted traffic to it. The online world is full of enough people that even a startup can make a nice living out of the search engines participation in sending people to specific destinations. No matter how hard it might seem, getting eyeballs to your site is easier than ever.

How To Increase Traffic To Your Website

Having a website is only the beginning of successfully marketing online. Now you have to get people to visit (i.e. drive traffic) your spankin' new sparkly website. And you want to drive quality traffic - visitors who are actually your target market and are likely to buy from you.

Here are a few tips to increase traffic to your website:
Optimize your content. Identify keywords that are used to search for the type of products and services you offer and work them into the text on your site. This can help your SEO ranking. These keywords should ideally appear a few times in your titles, the first 1 - 2 paragraphs of the page, and sprinkled throughout the article. However, don't overdo it - Google will penalize your for that. If you have a WordPress site, get plugins such as All-In-One SEO or Yoast, which you can add "SEO Title" and "Meta Keyword" to all your posts and pages - this is great if getting the keywords into your title and articles is challenging.
To help you find the right keywords, use Google AdWords to get insight into which ones are more competitive and how many searches they get per month. You can try looking up phrases or questions - and use those phrases or questions as your blog title.
Use Alt Tags for Images. Search engine can't "see" image, but they can "see" alt tags just like html text. This is just as important as tagging the text if you want search engines to notice you.
Submit your website URL to search engine directories.
Add sharing buttons to your blog posts to help your fans spread the word for you - word of mouth of powerful.

Driving traffic to your site is only half the story, you also want to make your visitors stick around and return from time to time. Here are a few tips to help you do so:

Be mindful of your website's load time. Although it's not an issue for most, it does get frustrating when you have huge images, and unnecessary bells and whistles that make people wait forever (and that can be a matter of a few seconds in the land of the interwebs). If your visitors have to wait too long for each page to load, they may just run out of patience and leave. If you have codes (e.g. tracking) that can be placed either in the header or the footer area, put them in the footer area so that it won't affect the load time of the top part of your pages.
Make sure your website is easy to navigate so that your audience can find the relevant content quickly and easily. If they can't find what they need, they will get frustrated and leave, thinking that you don't have what they are looking for.
Write in "simple" and proper English - check your grammar and spelling, but avoid "big words" and jargons as much as you can. You can test your articles' "readability score" here. Ideally, your score for "grade level" should be around 7 - 8 (means a 7 - 8 grader can understand), to make your articles easy to digest and accessible to most.

The Pros and Cons of Using Short Term Strategies In Your Business

There are many ways for which a business can be run and each of these methods come with their pros and downfalls. In particular, there is a choice between using short term strategies or long term strategies for your business. In this article I'll be covering the short term strategies for online marketing and their pros and cons.

I think that whatever strategy someone chooses for their business depends on the business owners' personal circumstances, what they like, how much time they have to invest in their business, and most importantly, how much money they have.

For short term strategies, I find that the results are generated fairly quickly but they can be quite costly. So having a budget or lack thereof, is a strong factor in whether this really is for you.

2 Short Term Strategies You Could Think About Using For Your Business

For those of you who don't know what PPC is, it's Pay Per Click. PPC is a great short term strategy if you are looking for very quick, targeted leads. From experience, I can tell you that how quickly the results come for this method is staggeringly fast.

When I ran a PPC ad on Facebook, for my fan page, I got 30+ new fans overnight. And for my affiliate company, I got 30+ leads!

This might sound awesome and everything... but the bill for my PPC campaign made me freeze up and gasp in horror.

With PPC if you don't watch your ad campaign closely, prepare yourself for one hefty bill that could leave you with a very depleted bank account balance.

How it works is, you set a budget for the day on how much you're willing to spend. Each time a person clicks on your ad, you have to pay a certain cost. For example you set a daily limit of $10 per day, and you pay 30 cents per click. Once the total cost hits $10, your ad stops running for the day and it is reset to run the next day.

So the good? This short term strategy is a very fast way to generate targeted leads for your business. If you know how to convert your leads into sales then this should be a very good strategy for you. The ugly? It could destroy your budget if you don't plan before implementing it.

Next up is solo ads. One of the most popular and rewarding short term strategies out there in my opinion.

A solo ad is when you pay someone, usually a list broker, money for a certain number of clicks on an ad that you want the broker to distribute to their list.

So you write up an advertisement for something you want to promote. For an example lets' say the price for a solo ad is $75 for 250 clicks. Once your ad gets approved by the list broker, your ad will be shown to their list of leads until 250 clicks on your ad is generated. After that it will be withdrawn. Now out of those 250 people who have clicked on your solo ad, a fair number, probably around 100, will be added to your own personal list of leads!

Now that's when the email marketing fun begins!

Running solo ads is a very fast way for you to build your list. In internet network marketing, building a list is one of the most important things you can do for your business. The larger your list, the more chances of getting sales and sign ups.

Another good thing is you get to control how much you spend. There is no chance of you getting over billed like PPC. Usually there is a great range of prices for clicks to choose from. I'd like to say that solo ads are affordable for people who are low on cash, but the cheapest solo ad campaign I've seen is $75 for 250 clicks.

Depending on who you choose to purchase a solo ad from, the results for the number of people added to your list could vary. If you run a solo ad with a list broker who has had a lot of people propose the same ad for a product/service as you, don't expect a lot of added leads to your list.

This is one of those strategies where you get what you pay for. So if you find that the pricing is more than you can afford... well the only thing you can do is try to come up with the cash to pay for it if you think this is for you.

Since most short term strategies are done through upfront payment and billing, the moment you stop paying for them is when your business is stopped dead in its tracks.

So that's my outline on two short term strategies you can use in your business if you like the sound of them. Engineers and Writers: How to Improve Website Visibility

Improve Alexa Ranking

Engineers love statistics. How about a mystery book where the mystery is solved through a maze of statistics... Now there's an idea! It is highly recommend that the engineer who wants to learn to write should begin a blog. It is an ideal place to begin the writing process, and to use statistics to your advantage.

Alexa

Getting back to statistics, all writers want to be read and if your blog or website is rated very poor on Alexa then it's like being on an island in the Pacific waiting for messages in bottles. It's difficult to tell what constitutes a "good" Alexa rating but here is a ballpark figure using the above metaphor and rounded figures:

30,000,000 or more: you're on the island and there's no hope of getting off it.10,000,000 or more: you're on the island and a message in a bottle washes up on shore.1,000,000 or more: a rescue plane flies overhead.500,000 or more: you are rescued!100,000 or more: you are declared a hero!10,000 or more: a wealthy sailor is sympathetic and rewards you with a million $.1,000 or more: your phone rings off the hook.1: you are Facebook!

There must be enterprising engineers out there who can do a better job than this, but you get the picture.

Alexa Tips

After discovering "hits and misses" and perusing the internet, here is a list of activities that seem to improve (lower) Alexa ratings:

1. Your most important task is to write quality posts in a well-organized and simple blog or website (less is better).

2. If your blog has a message that resonates with your readers then you are automatically "off the island."

3. Submit your articles (Posts) to Ezines (i.e. ezine.com, goarticles.com).

4. Try to get your articles on such social bookmarking sites such as Digg, Delicious, or Stumble Upon.

5. Optimize your site by using relevant "key words" and "Tags."

6. Socialize: join a forum, use Facebook, Twitter, etc.; do interviews. You get the picture. Having links into your site or blog is critical.

7. Download plug-ins or widgets to improve SEO (Google: Search Engine Optimization).

8. It's been noted that installing the Alexa tool bar will improve your ranking. Installing an Alexa widget in your sidebar or footer is another option.

Google analytics

After you get your website or blog running on jet fuel and your Alexa rating is good, you'll want to start looking at statistics for demographics such as # of visitors, locations, languages and a slew of other data points. A great place to do this is at Google Analytics

What Are Ad Swaps and How Can I Use Ad Swapping To Build My Email List

I've had quite a few people ask me what are Ad Swaps and how can I use them to build my email list.

An "Ad Swap" is when two marketers whose list share similar interests, exchange an offer that they then promote to each others list. (If one marketer has a much larger list than the other, the one with the smaller list may need to email the offer out twice, to send a fair amount of traffic.)

Swaps are nothing new in the internet marketing world and it is probably one of the fastest ways to grow your list for FREE. While some marketers swear by Ad Swaps you want to be careful because sending too much "junk" offers just for the sake of swapping can devalue your email list and increase your unsubscribes if you are not careful.

You must remember that your goal is to build a meaningful relationship with your subscribers and provide the best value at all times. I'm one who really believes that it is not the size of your list that makes you the most money but how responsive your list is determines how much money you make online. So remember at the end of the day it's still about relationship marketing and if you give away enough awesome content to your list, they will have no choice but to care what you have to say.

They will listen to you, they will respond to your offers, buy your recommended products and they will download everything that lands in their inbox. When you are doing an ad sway you are essentially letting another marketer "borrow" your subscribers and they are doing the same.

So What Is Ad Swapping and How Do I Use To Build My List

When used correctly and in moderation Ad Swaps have proven to be an incredible strategy you can use to easily build your list fast.

The great thing about Ad Swaps is that they are absolutely free, so there is no need for you to have some big marketing budget, and you get people on your list who you know have an interest in the topics of your niche.

How To Get Started With Ad Swaps

Before I go into the details of getting started with Ad Swaps, you need to know that you can't do Ad Swaps unless you have a at least a few hundred people on your list.

Very few people unless they have a really new or small list like you will be willing to do a swap if they're going to get less than a dozen subscribers from it. So I recommend you work your butt off to generate a list using other strategies like Facebook marketing, YouTube marketing, Blogging until you've built up a list of about 300 subscribers. You'll find plenty of other marketers that are just getting started who'd be happy to do a swap with you.

The idea of Ad Swapping is to do Ad Swaps with other marketers who have a similar sized list as yours. Otherwise, you will need to match clicks, meaning you agree on a number of clicks, just like with Solo Ads. This way, if one person has less subscribers than the other, he or she will continue to send emails until the number of clicks are matched.

So that is why it's important to work with partners who have similar sized lists. If you have 5000 subscribers and the other has 7500, you look at each other's average click through rate and agree on a number of clicks. If on average you can deliver 250 clicks and your partner can deliver 400. You can agree to send a second email to a smaller portion of your list until the 400 clicks are matched.

Got it? Good!

This is one of the simplest strategies you can use to build your list for free. Ad Swapping and Solo Ads are two strategies that work hand in hand. And... If you'd like to build a list of say 75,000 people as fast as possible, I'd tell you to use solely Ad Swaps and Solo Ads to achieve that goal quickly.

The Difference Between Ad Swapping and Solo Ads

Ad Swaps are essentially Solo Ads... But instead of paying to have your email sent to someone's list, you simply return the favor.Law of reciprocity! So bottom line is Solo Ads are PAID, Ad Swaps are FREE!

With all that being said, keep in mind that is you run too many Ad Swaps it can annoy and drive people away from your list. I know marketers who do Ad Swaps every day of the month. Some months they start with 1000 subscribers and end with 7500. That's the power of what an Ad Swap can do to drive people onto your list.

HOWEVER!! I can guarantee my list of 1000 buyers bring me more money than their list of 7,500 because I have built a meaningful relationship with my list. Who wants subscribers who opt in only to ditch you after a month! So while BIG can be be GOOD, BIG is not always BETTER when you are looking at " responsiveness" of your list. I know some marketers who have lists of 100,000 people plus, yet they get an average response rate of a few percent. That's my warning! This is a very powerful strategy, so go try some Ad Swaps but be careful how much you use them.

Rules To Follow When Doing Ad Swaps

Here are a few Ad Swapping Rules to build your list by:

Do not do more than 3 Ad Swaps per month.Only do swaps with people who have high quality and free products to give away to your list. (Their free report, product or download must be a good fit for your subscribers)Get proof of list size and response rate.Only swap with trustworthy marketers who have responsive email lists.

Your online business is your lifeline to your income and you do not want to mess that up. So make sure you only do Ad Swaps with reputable marketers who know what they are doing.

Here is a quick tip... If you need confirmation on the quality of a potential Ad Swap partner's content opt in to their list before accepting or proposing an Ad Swap. Just to make sure they provide the same type of value you've promised your own list.

What Do You Need To Make Sure Your Successful?

Domain + Web Hosting (To Host Your Capture Page)Autoresponder (Aweber)Capture Page (Optimize Press)Free "Irresistible" Offer (Your free offer to give away - free report/product)Onetime Offer (OTO)

These are all of the list building essentials. You don't necessarily need a onetime offer, but an OTO is going to make a huge difference in terms of ROI. You basically need to giveaway a free "product" to someone else's subscribers to entice them to join your list.

When they opt in, they are HOT, so take advantage of this by delivering the opt in bait immediately and then present them with a great onetime offer. A onetime offer can be an affiliate product or your own signature product that you are giving away at a discounted or "special price". Make sure your OTO must is relevant and related to your free offer.

Where To Find Ad Swaps?

1. Warrior Forum JV Section

The Warrior Forum is the most trusted and popular Internet Marketing forum on the planet. Find the JV section, and you'll be able to post a thread asking other marketers to do Swaps. You just have to list your list size, the average number of clicks you can send and your exact niche. Or just browse through the existing threads of marketers who have already requested Ad Swaps. Super simple.

2. Safe-Swaps

Do Solo Ads Increase Website Traffic?

I get this question all the time. Do solo ads increase website traffic? Well, it can if you know what you are doing. Unfortunately, many people just dive in without knowing the process. And in result, lose lots of money. Fortunately for you, I have a simple plan that you can follow to get great results with solo ads. Here it is:

First, establish how much traffic you want to generate. This will help you decide what kind of packages you want to purchase. You see, solo ads are great for driving targeted traffic. They are magical. You can literally increase traffic to your website whenever you want to. However, solo ads only work for certain business models.

The best business model you can use for solo ads would be list building. You see, the people who are getting your ads in their inbox are used to seeing dozens of emails every day. So in order for you to have success with these people, you must follow-up with them via email. These people need to be warmed up before they will purchase your products. So if you can get them to join your mailing list, they will learn more about you from your email marketing campaign. Send all the traffic you get from solo ads to a lead capture page.

When you are first starting out with solo advertising, it would be wise for you to test. Find out which publisher's would be the best fit for your market. Then, test out their small ad packages. If you can spend $25 and make $50 with a certain e-zine, scale up. Now that you know you can make a profit with the smaller ad package, purchase the larger one. This will make it easy for you to grow your list and increase profits.

All good goals will take patience and dedication. You must be focused with solo advertising. The great news is that these people are already interested in what you have to offer. The bad news is there are many people who are offering products and services to them. So it's up to you to stand out from the crowd. You can do this by practicing email ad copy. Write killer subject lines and email copy. I find that the shorter email copy always outperforms the longer copy. The subject line is so important.

To increase traffic to your website with solo ads, you need to write good subject lines. How will you get more visitors to your website if your subject line doesn't get them to open the email? Keep it short and simple. Offer a benefit that will cause them to open your email.

By the way, do you want access to a complete follow-up sales funnel that generates 100's of leads to your business every day, and generates $3,480 in sales per day?

If so, I suggest that you get your FREE 7 day money making boot-camp and get the exact system I personally use to generate $15,000 and more per month online by clicking here.

Increase Web Traffic

Increase web traffic! That is what many web pages are screaming! But how do you go about increasing web traffic? Where do you start and how long does it take?

Well, there are numerous traffic generating techniques out there but today I want to talk about harnessing the power of Facebook.

Social networking is a great traffic source, which is also FREE! Sure you can spend money on advertising on Facebook but there is no reason why you can't generate traffic organically.

So where do you start?

The first thing you need to create is a fan page. When I started I wanted to keep my personnel page completely separate from my marketing page.

When naming your page ensure that it is NOT something generic like "Make Money From Home" Facebook does not like generic and can potentially remove your page with out any warning.

I called my page a descriptive name relevant to my niche and included my name in the title. This title is not generic but still conveys what I do and who I am.

Once you have got your fan page sorted start posting content related to your niche. Facebook LOVES pictures and video!

Every day I spend at lease half an hour on my page adding engaging content.

Engaging content can be anything related to you niche including famous quotes or problem solving videos from YOUTUBE.

I have also started making my own videos and posting them on my page.

Once you have posted engaging content on your page start posting content on other peoples walls who are interested in the niche you are marketing.

I spend another half an hour a day doing this. Your ultimate goal is to get people to LIKE your page, But Why?

By collecting a list of people that LIKE your page if you post something that they find engaging and comment on it you will be featured on their wall. This in turn will mean that their friends will see your post.

Then, the next time you post something you will be featured more highly on that person's home page when they log in.

Does that make sense?

Now, I have already said that you want to post engaging comments on your page in order to encourage people to comment.

That is because our goal is to get that person to comment on what you have posted. However your content doesn't always have to be relevant to your niche.

Engaging comments could be asking questions that people will have an opinion on, such as "Who is better Batman or Spiderman" with a picture attached to your post.

As long as your content is evoking a response it's good!

Of course once you have developed a Facebook following you can start directing them to your web page.

Just remember to post content on a daily basis so that their friends and their friends, friends will hear about your page.

Try this for 1 month and see what happens.

How to Use Keywords to Boost Traffic, Focus Your Writing, and Make Google Love You

Did you know that when people go to Google and type in words and phrases, they are generating Keywords? The real terms used by you and me and millions of other people all over the world help Google determine what words and phrases are important - or key - to their user-base. Google tracks these terms, and then uses sophisticated algorithms to collate that data with actual content from the World Wide Web. The result? The pages you get whenever you do one of those Google searches. If you have a Web Site or Blog, and you want people to find you, knowing how to use Keywords will help tremendously.

Because of the connection between Keywords and traffic, if you use Keywords well, you can significantly increase the traffic that arrives at your Web Site or Blog. So, what IS the connection between Keywords and traffic? When a person performs a search, she gets a result. The next thing she does is clicks on a link. Once she clicks a link, she becomes an instance of traffic to that Web Site or Blog. Remember, the search terms she used are Keywords, and the clicking equals traffic, so that's the connection!

Do you know how to use Keywords to keep your writing focused? If you find yourself at a loss for what to blog about, just take a look at your categories. Why? Because many of your categories should be your Keywords or Long Tail Keywords! Look for categories with low post numbers, and choose one of those to focus on when writing that elusive blog post. Doing this not only helps you break out of that writing slump, but also it helps ensure you've got balanced Keyword content on your Web Site and Blog.

Knowing how to use Keywords means allowing the words and phrases to flow naturally. This is also known as organic Keyword use. Trying to force Keywords into your post tiles or body content will end up sounding awkward to readers, and Google may think you are tying to artificially elevate your results by stuffing your Keywords into place. Don't worry though! If you write about the topics near and dear to you and your audience, your Keywords will flow from your fingertips organically, and Google will love you.

The appropriate use of Keywords will boost your Search Engine Optimization (SEO), drive more traffic to your Web Site and Blog, focus your writing, make your readers happy, and improve your page rank. So, what are you waiting for? Get to work on those Keywords!

If you'd like to learn even more secrets about how to find, assess, and apply traffic-generating, Search Engine Optimizing (SEO) Keyword techniques to your Web Site and Blog, visit http://www.googlekeywordmastery.com/.

4 Brilliant Things You Can Do to Get Website Traffic From YouTube

So if you are looking for traffic within this age bracket, here are 4 smart things you can do to get website traffic from YouTube.

Study the Competition

You have to do this especially if you are a newbie on YouTube. Take time out to feel around and get used to the videos getting the most views and comments. You will find music videos, music scenes, gaffes, reality footages, documentaries and of course marketing videos there.

When you find something related to your niche, note it down. Is the video getting loads of views? What do you think it is missing? Do your own video and put your own personal spin to it. You will definitely get views.

Have a Heart

YouTube is free and there are millions of videos people can choose from. But beware it takes the smallest of things to turn them off. So do not make long videos or visual content that take eternity to load.

If you do not adhere to this, people will be avoiding your videos like the black plague. The most viewed videos on YouTube are not more than 5 minutes in length. YouTube is generous by offering a maximum of 10 minutes.

However, keep your videos within 5 minutes and use.MPG, AVI. or.WMV format, for quick viewing.

Allow Your Videos Entertain

YouTube is not where you give a speech or product presentation. Do not sell a product on YouTube. You are meant to generate interest and direct traffic to your site.

That is the way it works. Put something funny, exciting or controversial on YouTube and add your URL at the end of the video.

Viewers would want to see more from where that came from. And would be willing to give your site a look-in. This is where your marketing begins.

Word of Mouth

Once you have uploaded you videos and tagged them appropriately. Get your buddies and family to comment on them. Nothing gets you going like a 5 star rating. Let them throw in a few comments as well to build up activity around your video.

Your biggest undoing will be to upload a video and tell yourself it's a job well done. You still need to rev up some targeted traffic to your video to get it noticed among viewers and the good guys at YouTube.

Remember to milk this site for what it is worth, you need to make videos that are interesting. Demonstration videos or how to do stuff works great every time and is a cool way to show you are an authority in the field.

It is also a smart way to build a rapport with your prospects. Make time out to post videos consistently. Ask yourself, is this a one-off or are you willing to put videos on YouTube at least every 2 weeks.

Content Marketing Strategies: 5 Tips for Getting Started

Paid advertising has one big problem: once you stop paying the advertising stops. Content marketing, on the other hand, may have an initial cost, but that initial cost can be amortized over many years.

Once you've decided to use content marketing for your business, you'll wonder how to get started. These five tips will help.

1. Research Your Customers: Who Are They?

Start by considering your customers. Create some customer personas. "Personas" are personifications of your typical customers. Every piece of content you create will target a specific persona. It's a good idea to give your personas names.

Let's say you're a home renovation company. Your "Sally" persona might be those clients who've just bought an old fixer-upper, and want to redo the place before they move in. Your "Bob" persona might be those clients who want to extend their home.

Create as many personas as you need. Then consider what kind of content each persona might respond to.

2. Plan Your Content: What Kind of Content?

Content may be text, video, audio, images, slides...

When you start out, experiment to discover the kinds of content your personas prefer. You may be surprised. I worked with one client who was certain his customers would respond to video. That wasn't so. He did much better with text; his customers often shopped on their smart phones.

Plan a couple of months' worth of content.

3. Tweak and Optimize

Once you've created some material, tweak and optimize it with meta data, so that it can be found on the search engines. Consider page titles, page descriptions, and keywords. Tip: your content title may be different from your page title, which is written for the search engines.

Everything you create should also have a takeaway, or some way for readers and viewers to take action.

4. Publish and Promote

Of course, you'll publish your content on your own website and blog. In addition, consider promoting it on other sites, like document sharing sites, and article directories.

Tip: promote your content as soon as its created. Start by promoting to your customers, on your newsletters, and customer updates.

5. What Was the Response?

You'll get an initial response to your content, but it takes around two weeks to assess the impact.

Check your tracking software to see who viewed the content, and which keywords brought them to the page. Make a note of this.

If the initial response was slight, take heart. With content, more is more. Each webpage is a gateway to your site. As you publish more, your traffic, and your sales, will grow.

Do your homework and research on things you blog about so people who get to read your blog can reference you because you are giving responsible and factual information. Serious Traffic For Free - 3 Things You Can Do

There are a lot of different things that you can do online to get serious amounts of traffic for free. Even though there are a lot of opinions on the matter, there seems to be some very particular opinions that seem to be working for major players on the net today. If you're going to get serious about online marketing, affiliate work, or just want a big readership to your writing, you'll find that the following will prove to be quite great. Even if you subscribe to a traffic booster, you'll find the following tips will generate serious numbers.

The first thing that you need to know is that there is no need to pay for a lot of services to get serious attention on the web. Sure, you could spend money on CPM or CPC campaigns, but you'll end up going broke before you see any major traffic. In order to change that up, you'll need to invest in 3 strategies.

Strategy number one is going to be odd for some to move forward with, but it will pay off in the long term. Take to the web and find a directory of websites that are about your niche, specifically blogs. Once you've established a long list of websites that are in your particular topic, proceed to visit them all and drop comments in their comment section. Do this across every blog you can find, and make sure the comments are not just random and vapid. If you drop 1,000 comments a week, over time you will have hundreds of links pointed back to your website. From that point, you will have curious webmasters, visitors to other pages, and much more going to your site. Imagine if you left 100,000 comments, and each comment derived 1 visitor per day, you'd see an explosion of traffic that will be free and clear.

The second strategy is one that many people are trying to employ as this article is being written, and that's SEO. SEO stands for search engine optimization and it's easily defined as a coding structure that attracts the major search engines around the web to point towards your page. When done properly, you will receive a flood of heavily targeted traffic that will convert for you into sales, subscriptions and more. Doing this the right way can be tricky, but it is currently one of the biggest ways to generate traffic online.

The third way to generate serious traffic is to promote your website through online videos. Everyone has an opinion and is an expert on a variety of topics. Whether you put the camera in front of you or you create other small clips, you will generate serious traffic by simply adding videos to the online video websites that are alive and well today. The top 5 trafficked websites today are social media and video based, so you can rest assured there is a wide audience to reach with your videos, and each one can easily visit your webpage.

Traffic is a numbers game, and casting a wide net is important, but it's when you apply the above 3 strategies that you get very targeted traffic in droves, and for the online marketer, that means serious money.
