What's Up With Mike Dillard's MLM Traffic Formula 2.0?

If you've been marketing on the internet for awhile now as either a network marketer or an affiliate marketer, you've most likely heard of the name Mike Dillard.

And why wouldn't you? He did create the kick butt Magnetic Sponsoring course that has helped thousands of people dramatically change their lives, so of course his name would be popping up everywhere you look.

Although his product Magnetic Sponsoring has helped so many people, can the same be said for MLM Traffic Formula 2.0?

In this blog post, I'll be giving you a totally honest review of the product and whether or not it is worth your time and investment.

What Does MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 Teach?

Just as the name of the product implies, it teaches you how to get traffic for your online MLM business. But other than that, I think the product does over deliver in that it teaches you the basic foundations required to build a successful online MLM business and more.

You will learn all the basic tools you will need to brand yourself through attraction marketing, how to get free leads and traffic into your website, how to create compelling content, the best tactics for paid marketing strategies, social media marketing such as Facebook, sponsoring, and a whole heap more.

All in all, they have 10 modules for you to go through.

Yes quite the doozy right?

One can even say that with all these things to learn, what's to stop this product from creating more information overload and overwhelm?

Good question.

The good thing is Mike Dillard and Tim Erway (the guy's who put this amazing course together) did it so that even total newbies can understand everything that's going on.

This course was intended for people who are brand new to the online network marketing realm, so they kindly took the time to literally explain everything step by step, in detail.

They even took the time to put in additional resources for you to learn from, such as PDF summary files, additional resources, and a blueprint for every module that they go through.

Is MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 Really for Me?

In all honesty, I'm going to say that it depends on how serious you are about becoming successful in your MLM business.

If you're in this industry just to "try it out", or "see if it works" then don't bother.

They reason why I say this is because you will need to take the time to sit your behind down and study the entire course if you want to understand the nuts and bolts that make this profession spit out chunks of cash into your personal accounts.

This course is aimed at those who are willing to do what it takes to earn that massive residual income for life!

Goodbye 9-5 boring work hours, hello $30K, $50K, heck even $100K+ monthly income!

Like I mentioned earlier, MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 is aimed at helping beginners get started on the right track towards success.

I would like to emphasize one thing here though...

You will only get results in this profession if you take daily action!

Take the time to implement what you learn. Put it into action instead of letting it collect dust in your brain.

Personally, MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 has helped me understand a lot about this industry that I don't think I would have ever understood if I tried to teach myself everything. Not to mention I would have wasted a lot of time and money if I did, so I'm glad that I made the decision to invest in my own success.

If you want to stop beating around the bush of success and finally get there, check out the course yourself and see what it has to offer. Have the confidence in yourself and believe that you are able to fulfill your full potential if you trust in your abilities and take it seriously enough to invest in your education.

If you want to check out the Magnetic Sponsoring course that inspired MLM Traffic Formula 2.0, then click here and read my review on it. If you want to check out Traffic Formula 20.0 yourself, then click here and make that decision today.

Drug and Alcohol Interactions

Alcohol is so much a part of our lives. It is everywhere. It is easily obtained and used in many ways, for pleasure, business, dining, socially in groups and meetings. People tend to use alcohol without hesitation or thought. They also forget that it is a drug. In fact, it is the only drug that you don't need a prescription for, which makes it so dangerous. When people use alcohol with other medications it could be and life threatening. Alcohol was one of the first drugs discovered by people. As far back as the earliest civilization alcohol was consumed by many. Sailors were probably some of the first guinea pigs of drug and alcohol interactions.

Captains of sailing ships often needed extra crew members at the last minute and with the knowledge that it would be difficult to roundup willing volunteers, they would go to the local taverns and make a deal with the shady bartenders to spot a likely candidate in the bar. They would be slipped some chloral hydrate, a tranquilizer that was a forerunner of barbiturates, in their drinks rum or grog as they would call it. The chloral hydrate produced a supra additive effect by delaying and modifying alcohol metabolism and adding a sedative action all its own. The drug would knock the sailor out cold and before he knew what was happening and before he would wake up he would be so far out to sea there was not much he could do. He would be trapped. Putting aside the issues of alcohol abuse, we are also concerned with the very serious potential of alcohol interaction when used with other medications that we may take as prescribed or not. People rarely tell their doctors that they occasionally have a drink from time to time.

Although they are usually asked and told by their doctor to not use prescribed medications with alcohol people often ignore the warning label on the bottle which states-"Do not use with alcohol". Surprisingly there are an amazing number of drugs that can be very hazardous combinations with alcohol. There are many different medications that can enhance the effects of alcohol. Anti anxiety agents such as Librium, Tranxene, Valium, or Xanax should never be combined with alcohol. Beer is alcohol too. Reflexes can be slowed and mental function can be impaired at very low doses. Anti- depressants and even some tension headache relievers such as Florina l or Fioricet (which contain the barbiturate butalbital) can be a serious problem. Also antihistamines are another danger. They are found in allergy, cold and flu remedy's.

Always read the labels and ask the pharmacist about the cautions of medications that are safe.

How to Increase Website Traffic With Solo Ads

Are you not getting enough traffic to your website? If so, you might want to learn how to increase website traffic with solo ads. Solo ads are probably the most targeted traffic you can get. However, if you do not understand the process, things can become very difficult for you. Here's a strategy that you can use to make solo ads a great traffic source:

First off, how much traffic do you want? You see, it's not really the amount of traffic you get to your website that makes money; it's the quality of traffic you get that counts. So if you really want to make this work, focus on high quality e-zines.

Here's what I do:

I first contact the e-zine owner. Why? Well, it's because this will tell me if I can trust them, and then decide whether or not I want to order one of their ad packages. Understand this, it is really easy to lose money online and if you don't communicate before you buy, you will most likely lose some money. And I know you don't want this happening to you. I then ask them what kinds of people are on their list. In other words, what are the people interested in. Once I understand what kind of products they are interested in, I can then locate a product that would convert well.

Only promote a product that will make a profit. Find a product that will earn you at least $90 per sale. If you have your own product funnel, don't worry about this step. The only thing that I recommend is that you have a solid follow-up email marketing campaign in place so that you make the most money for your marketing efforts.

You can literally choose the amount of traffic you want with solo ads. This is what makes this traffic building technique so magical. Some publishers offer packages that guarantee a certain amount of visitors to your website. For example, I just purchase a package of 200 clicks for $125 yesterday. I received 90 subscribers and my sales page converted at.05%. So I made 4 sales. I chose to promote my own product, which cost $120. So I made $480 in sales and a profit of $355. Guess what? These were recurring sales so I get paid for the life of the membership.

I suggest that you always test a publisher's smaller solo ad packages so that you can scale up your marketing when the time is right. For example, I first purchase the $67.50 package before I tried the $125. This allowed me to be certain I would make a profit with the larger package.

By the way, do you want access to a complete follow up sales funnel that generates 100's of leads to your business every day, and generates $3,480 in sales per day?

If so, I suggest that you get your FREE 7 day money making boot-camp and get the exact system I personally use to generate $15,000 and more per month online by clicking here.

3 Key Ideas For Generating Traffic To Your Website

Targeted Traffic is the lifeblood of your online business. Getting consistent traffic can be very difficult, but if you focus on the fundamentals and stay focused on the end goal in mind you too can reach all of your website traffic goals. Because let's face it, an online business is not much good if it gets no visitors.

There are a number of ways to get traffic to your website, but 3 quick options are

1. search engines
2. recommendations
3. directories

Search engines - Organic traffic through the search engines can be a wonderful place to get targeted traffic from. The only problem is that it can be difficult to rank high enough in your particular niche to see large amounts of traffic. If you are struggling in this area I recommend that you try to narrow down your key words and phrases from something broad to very narrow. The more specific you are about your particular are of interest, the easier it will be to rank higher in the search engines.

Recommendations - This is a fantastic way to drive traffic to your site. The best part about this type is that you instantly have credibility within your audience, giving you more of a chance to influence your visitors to take whatever action you are wanting them to do. The key to get these recommendations is to produce high quality and relevant content. So make sure you are focusing on producing the best content possible and watch the recommendations start rolling in.

Directories - These can be great sources of high quality visitors to your site. Make sure you are taking the time to do your homework and only place your content on directories that have the best possible chance to give you the results you desire. Find directories that are primarily focused on delivering content similar to yours to your targeted audience. Taking the time to do a little research can be very beneficial in the long run.

Getting high quality, targeted traffic to your site can be a lot of work, but if you are willing to put in the time and some hard work, your results will be worth all of the effort. The more traffic your website begins to receive, the more popular it becomes and that will help to get you even more traffic. It's all like the snowball effect. Once you get that ball rolling down hill, momentum takes over and eventually you can't stop it even if you really tried. Start with the basics and focus on them for a considerable amount of time and once you start seeing the results from your labor, you won't want to do anything else except do more of it.

Creating an online business can at times be overwhelming. So if you are looking to get started with an online business, I highly recommend that you check out my website at http://createyourfirstwebsitestoday.com/ where you will find a free gift that by itself will save you months in wasted time and energy.

How To Drive Traffic To Your Websites Using Stumble Upon Platform

Stumble Upon is a great way to generate rapid exposure, establish a reader base for your blog and get numerous backlinks from other bloggers.

Stumble Upon is a social website where each user is surfing the web according to their personal or professional interests. Each SU user has specified in his profile what kind of websites they would like to stumble upon and as a consequence, when they surf the web, Stumble Upon is randomly directing them to specific websites which adhere to their list of preferences.

In order to be able to surf the web through Stumble Upon, you need to download the Stumble Upon toolbar. By using the SU toolbar, you'll be able to navigate the web according to your interests and discover sites, bookmark them, give them the 'thumbs up' or 'thumbs down' to indicate whether you like them or not.

If you want to succeed with this social media site you need to make friends in the community by recommending great site discoveries to others and provide good reviews. Stumble great content you find on the web such as websites, blog articles, photos, videos, etc. The more active and popular you are, the more traffic you'll be able to drive to your blog.

Here's a great tip to increase your SU power: give the thumbs up to sites that many other SU users give thumbs up as well. If more people like your articles, then more traffic your stumbles will generate.

You can network with other SU bloggers by sending them messages through SU platform. Also if you vote up their content and send more traffic, they will check your profile, add you as a friend and stumble your content as well.

You need to highlight your blog in your Stumble Upon profile by simply entering your blog URL as your website address. Your profile has to be interesting, filled with votes and reviews of great sites that other SU users would admire you for.

Have fun and don't just stumble content you only blog about. Go out there and vote up great websites from various niches you're interested in. When someone adds you as a friend you need to add them as a friend as well. The more fans you have, the more popular your profile will get.

Stumble Upon traffic is great because the SU users visit sites with relevant content according to their interests and as a result, you will get instant targeted, recurring traffic. When people come across your website, they are already interested in your topic and once your page is stumbled, you will receive steady traffic month after month.

Having a good web design is very important for SU traffic. The first impression is crucial because the visitors tend to look more than read and if they don't like what they see, they leave your site in less than 10 seconds.

Some sites will do better than others on SU platform. For example, humor, video sites are getting lots of traffic. If the visitors like your site, they bookmark it and keep coming back to read your content. You can also include a Stumble Upon button on your pages and encourage your visitors to use it.

It is OK to promote your own website and once you create a blog post you should submit the URL of your post to Stumble Upon by using SU toolbar. When you submit a page to SU platform, you need to carefully place it in the proper category and tag it with multiple relevant tags in order to receive targeted traffic.

Mix it up and don't submit only your content. You should also submit other people's content which is useful to you and your SU friends.

When submitting your own pages, make sure you provide interesting, unique content with visually appealing, attractive site design and not too many promotional ads. A good idea is once you get them on your site try to get them to subscribe to your list by offering them a free valuable e-book, report or video. Encourage you visitors to post comments on your blog posts.

Traffic volume you get from Stumble Upon is determined by: the number of SU users who voted up or tagged your web pages, the number of users in your network, the number of SU friends, profile reviews and thumbs up you currently have.

Images are one of the most effective methods to organically increase traffic from SU users. Use pictures that are relevant to your content but are highly attractive. You can get pictures from Flickr or create them yourself.

You can also use Stumble Upon advertising. They charge $0.05/view, traffic is recurrent, targeted and people get to see your whole page instantly and not just some small ad with a link to your site. The traffic keeps coming even after you stopped a campaign if your web page has great content and gets lots of thumbs up.

The users don't even know that they are marketed because no distinction is being signaled to users between advertised pages and normal pages. This is a huge advantage for advertisers because the users drop their guard and are more open to whatever you have to offer. The cost is fix and you don't need to enter into bid wars with other competitors.

When promoting your web pages you need to read and respect SU guidelines. Your content should be engaging, you need to capture their attention through high-quality images and attention-grabbing headlines. Make sure your best content is above the fold so your visitors don't have to scroll down too much in order to read it.

Your content should be properly formatted and should act as a soft presell by giving them hints about your products, let them have a little taste but never hard sell.

Always test your campaigns by targeting broad audiences and topics as well as niche prospects and categories to see which perform better. Also test different types of content, monitor traffic results regularly and make changes accordingly.

Increase Website Traffic Without Paid Advertising

Attracting people to your website is the only way you are going to make money online. Do you want to learn how to increase website traffic without using expensive paid advertising strategies? You do? Good. I'm going to show you a strategy of my own that can drive insane amounts of traffic to my niche websites. Well, it's not really a strategy, it's more like a "common sense marketing" technique. Here it is:

Have you ever hear of keyword marketing? If you haven't, let me explain. It goes like this: you write an article around a specific keyword that teaches something. It can be a "how-to" article or "steps" article. The idea is to write as fast as you can and try to submit 10 articles in a day. This is crazy, I know. But, I do it. Am I crazy? I don't think so.

Most people who are looking for information online are usually looking for beginner's tips, or how to learn a skill. Since you know your topic so well, you should be able to write lots of articles about it, right? Let me give you an example of how this can increase your website traffic quickly.

Let's say that you write 10 articles per day for 30 days. Well, that would be 300 articles. And let's also say that you keep this up for 3 months. Wow! That's 900 articles. Do you think your traffic will increase from those articles? If each article you write gets an average of 15 clicks to your website, that's 13,500 visitors to your website. So what if you were to get the same visitors from paid advertising? Well, if you can get your CPC (cost-per-click) down to $0.67, you would be spending $9,045 on advertising. That's $3,015 per month. Do you want to spend that much? I know I don't.

So what do you say, can you spend the time writing those 10 articles per day? It really IS possible you know. All you have to do is write 400 words per article. I can write a 400 word article in 7 minutes flat. So my average is about 8 articles per hour. Article marketing is by far my favorite way to drive traffic. The fact is, articles do a much better job at promoting your products than any ad would ever do. So why don't you write your first article today. I tell you what, you can write about what you think of this article.

By the way, do you want access to a complete follow-up sales funnel that generates 100's of leads to your business every day, and generates $3,480 in sales per day?

If so, I suggest that you get your FREE 7 day money making boot-camp and get the exact system I personally use to generate $15,000 and more per month online by clicking here.

Leverage the Power of Your Articles Marketing

How exactly an article helps to drive traffic towards your website? Well, we can see it from different point of views: search engine optimization, video marketing, blogging and eBook.

If you use search engine optimization, it recommends having keywords in your contents. When you are writing an article, your headline should contain keyword about your content. And of course in the content, there will have some repeating keywords. This will enhance the visibility of your website in search engine.

What about video marketing? When the content of the article is about "how to... " you can produce a video with the same content and post it onto video directories. Then it will greatly attract traffic to your website.

In my opinion, what you are posting on blog is an article too. You are providing information about a product. Visitors are reading the blog post to retrieve information from it. Why don't you write an article with the same content and repost it on article directories? Then you can have more readers to access to your blog and increase your internet sales.

When you have a lot of quality articles in your library, you can consider taking some of the articles and combine it into an eBook. There are few options you can pick: sell the eBook and earn some bucks; use the eBook as a free gift and drive more subscribers into your subscriber list for further marketing (email marketing) or sell the eBook as a byproduct with your main product. Of course you have to make sure the eBook that you write is related to what you are selling.

From what I have stated above, you proceed to many other marketing alternatives after writing an article. Therefore, make article writing a habit. Submit an article per day to article directories. Produce a video based on the article you wrote. Combine related quality contents to produce an eBook. Paraphrase your article and post it onto your blog.

Here are some guidelines for you to follow when writing an article. Keep your language simple and clear. By applying this, readers can easily retrieve the information. Keep the length of article around 300-400 words. However, some article directories required new writer to have at least 400 words. Try your best to fulfill the requirement. After all you are submitting to the article directory for free.

Practice more on writing skill will definitely help to drive traffic to your website by following the steps that I have mentioned.

Knowing that J.O.B. is NOT going to fulfill my dreams, I started attending workshops and have finally COMPLETED a cash flow system that automatically RESTORES my bank account regardless of the number of withdrawals.

This idiot-proof Inbox Auto-Restoring ATM system is written such that you have NO CHANCE to miss any step and it WILL deliver its promise as long as you have faith in it.

Warning: I do not intend to reveal the system to too many people for free. Hopefully the system will still be up for grab by the time you visit http://www.cashflow2dream.com/

Traffic Generation Review - How to Attract More Traffic to Your Website

Are you lost in the maze of all the different traffic generation techniques available today? What works or does not work? Why is something effective or what disadvantages does it have? Here are a few answers.

Pay per Click Marketing

Pay per click marketing can be a very effective traffic generation technique and the advantage is that you only pay for results in that you will only pay for people who really click through to your website. In order to be successful with this though you will need to write compelling ad copy and a compelling landing page and determine the best positions for your ad on the display pages and adjust your budget accordingly.

Search Engine Optimization

Search engine optimization has long been considered one of the most important traffic generation techniques and a large part of your traffic will come from search engines. Correctly optimizing your website for the search engines though can be complicated or expensive. The best idea is to look up some free search engine optimization tutorials on the internet and then do as much as you can yourself.

Social Media Marketing

Social media marketing is a new but extremely powerful traffic generation technique and includes various tools such as social networking (MySpace and Facebook), social bookmarking (Digg, Delicious, etc.), social content sharing (Hub Pages, Squidoo), and a number of other techniques. These are all free techniques to use but may take some time to learn to use correctly and get the best results from.

Article Marketing

Article marketing is one of the older internet marketing methods that is also very useful. This provides you with three sources of traffic which are direct traffic from article directories, search engine traffic (article marketing improves search engine optimization) and webmasters may also re-print your articles on their website. It is important, though, that your articles are interesting, informative and well written. If you do not have good writing skills yourself then it may be better to get someone else to do this for you.

Joint Ventures

Joint ventures may range from link swaps to full business ventures. Joint venture giveaway websites are another popular choice where you submit a product to give away and other webmasters do the same. Everyone then works on attracting traffic to the giveaway website and benefits from people who download their products and subscribe to their list. This can be an excellent free source of advertising but you will need your own product of high perceived value to give away to others..

These are just a handful of the many traffic generation techniques available online today. The more advertising methods you can use the better as increased exposure from these methods means more visits and more sales. Take advantage of whatever you can and learn all you can about traffic generation.

Traffic generation is essential for network marketing. Erik Gifford is a network marketing consultant and trainer. For free network marketing training, please call 004722520239 and visit Network Marketing Guidance

A Few Things To Avoid When Generating Web Traffic

Since the lack of traffic is most marketers' biggest obstacle in their efforts to earn faster, a good portion of them goes back to illegal methods of generating web traffic, which results in disaster for their business.

So what are the methods that you should avoid?!

1. Traffic exchange sites

Traffic exchange sites are the first thing you should seriously avoid. Never place your official page on Traffic exchange sites, especially if your strategy is to promote a keyword based site. That kind of traffic generation can not only negatively affect your page rank but also run the risk that your site is completely removed from the search results due to the use of such methods.

Search engines consider such sources of traffic illegitimate and all the traffic that comes from them is of no value. Therefore, stay away from the traffic exchange sites if you do not want your efforts result in disaster because of a little ignorance.

2. Posting comments with backlinks

Another thing you absolutely must pay attention to is posting comments with a link to your blog posts and forums. This technique of driving traffic also has more flaws than advantages, and in particular may adversely affect the page rank of your website.

The first drawback of this technique is that if you leave too many comments on the site with rank 0 or 1, the search engines are able to characterize your link as spam and you can be punished by dumping your web site from search results. It is all applies to leaving comments with a backlinks on the forums.

Also, with this technique you are exposed to possible misuse of your link by hackers and to bombarding of spam comments and other malicious fraudulent referrer sites which definitely contributes to possibility of being punished from a web browser, by expulsion from search results or giving you low page rank.

But if you leave your comment with your link, do not exaggerate. Your comments need to be natural and in accordance with the theme, and that the site where you leave a comment have minimal rank of 2, 3 or 4 and beyond. SEOquake can be used for research.

3. Cheap PPC services

Cheap PPC campaigns that can do more harm than good to your website, you can attract more unwanted audience then those "targeted". The reason for this is that the users of such PPC services in most cases are deceived and their links end up on scam traffic exchange sites instead of highly relevant sites or in the worst case, on thousands of such whose traffic is totally useless for any type of online business, in short, these PPC services are waste of money, time and effort.

Using cheap PPC services, your link is being placed on sites that are far from the relevancy with your business, so avoid this method of collecting traffic and rather pay a little more and make a campaign on one of the legitimate and proven services such as Google AdWords.

Bottom Line

These were some of the tips that you should avoid by collecting traffic on your website. My recommendation is that whatever you do for your online business, work in light, natural and organic way, as this will avoid any inconvenience and greatly save your effort, money, time and most importantly - the nerves

Write More Articles for Massive Traffic to Your Website

OK. You've tried article marketing a little bit. Maybe you've seen some results. But if you don't write more articles every day, you'll never get massive traffic to your website. You see, article writing is worth the time. However, many people quit before they see results. Let me put it into perspective for you.

I write hundreds of articles per month. I do this because I understand it takes time for each article I write to get indexed by Google and the top search engines. Article writing is not a quick fix. It will take lots of effort. In fact, if you aren't writing at least 5 articles per day online, just stop what you are doing. However, those 5 articles per day can be worth thousands of dollars to you. For example, let's say that you have a $28, $125, $500 and a $1,000 product on the back-end. At one sale per week for each product, you would be making $6,612 per month online.

So how do you write more articles?

First, decide on the topics you will be writing about. What market are you in? What do people want to learn about? If you are in the "make money online" niche, you would write about earning money on the internet and any other sub-topic related to earning an income. So what are you going to write about? Write about people's questions. If you can think of 5 questions someone might ask you in your niche, that's 5 potential articles you could write. Do you see where I'm going with this?

Second, turn off your cell phone, close all the tabs on your internet browser and simply write. I know this sounds obvious, but you would be surprised at how many people spend hours of time on these useless tasks. Keeping yourself focused and dedicated to your goals will bring you success. Be sure to brainstorm all the different ideas and topics you could write about.

Third, time yourself. This is great because it gives you a sense of accomplishment. It used to take me a full 40 minutes to write an article. When I started timing myself, I noticed that I could write rather quickly. I can now write an article in seven minutes flat. So I can write 8 articles in an hour. If you can do this, things will get very exciting for you. You'll start to see the money come in. Your conversions will begin to look promising.

If you take anything away from this article, let it be this: the key to success on the internet is taking action. The more content you put online the better your results will be. It REALLY is that SIMPLE.

By the way, do you want access to a complete follow-up sales funnel that generates 100's of leads to your business every day, and generates $3,480 in sales per day?

2 Underutilized Methods Of Getting Website Traffic

Do you know the internet marketing "formula" to success? No it's not "the money is in the list". It has nothing to do with email marketing and list building. There's a "website traffic" formula that many people feel is the ultimate key to succeeding online. Would like to know what this formula is? I'm sure you do. Here it is:

Traffic + Conversions = Sales

Sounds simple huh? Well, it is. The more traffic you get to your website, the sales you will more than likely get. And that's TARGETED traffic that I am speaking of. You can't just go and get traffic from any place. There are people only trying to sell you "website blasting" services that will only make you waste your money.

If you're someone who's just starting out, or you've been in the online business world but aren't making a lot of sales right now, I'm sure you could benefit from more traffic right now. And in today's lesson, I want to share with you some tips on how you can get more traffic to your website simply and easily. In fact, here's traffic tip number 1:

1) Free ebook marketing

You could write up a quick ebook, promote it on your squeeze page, site, or blog, and a lot people to download it. If it's good, people will want to share it on their website, and will want to pass it along to others. You will want to state on the first page of your ebook that people have the authority to pass along this ebook to others.

You will want to embed your links within your ebook - preferably in the header of every page. This is easy to do if you're creating your ebook in Microsoft Word. You could actually start a viral marketing campaign that people will want to pass around to most of their colleagues. Here's another traffic tip that you can use:

2) Starting your own affiliate program

This can be a major profit source for you. Imagine having thousands of people promoting your product for you without any intervention at all. Well, this is a reality for a lot of people online. Starting your own affiliate program is something that can explode your traffic, all while making sales on autopilot.

It's great for you because you get a new customer from every sale, and it's good for your affiliates because they earn money, and don't have to create a website, sales letter, or product from scratch. You should really look into it. 3 great affiliate program services are Clickbank, Paydotcom, and Commission Junction.

These 2 tips for getting more traffic to your website is something that you should put into motion because they can wind up being major traffic sources for your business. Putting the ebook is easy (20 to 30 pages long), and to start your affiliate program, all you have to do is sign up for the affiliate sites, give your affiliates some marketing tools, and you're good to go.

Good luck with getting more traffic to your website.

Keyword Research: Long Tailed Keywords the Key to Targeted Website Traffic

If you do your homework well and research well into profitable keywords that Google users are using, you can predict changes in demand and even produce products, services and content before your competition know what is happening. By this you stay one step ahead and have money coming into your business very easily because you know what the people want.

If you are looking for targeted website traffic you need to realize the value of a keyword and how it applies to your site. If you own an online clothing store, do you make more sales from visitors searching for 'blue jeans' or 'brown chinos'? If you use a good keyword tool you can uncover words your potential customers are using, weave it around your content or advertising strategies and close in some good sales.

Getting good keywords you can use does not always mean good numbers. So getting a keyword that has 10,000 searches every day might not exactly convert in sales for you. Studies show that the words that do convert are over 70% of the keywords being used online and average only about 500 searches daily. These keywords are known as long tail keywords and convert better because they tell you when a person is in buying mode and not looking for free information on the Web.

The whole idea of a long tail keyword is that it is more specified and not general or broad-based. What this means is that a user is more targeted or specific with his needs. A user types in 'shoes' and this could mean; boots, brogues, stilettos, baby shoes, white sneakers and more. But if another user types in 'cheap blue Airforce Ones' you have a good idea of what he wants and is looking for. A good long tail keyword is usually made up of 4-9 keywords in a thread. If you want targeted traffic, try to rank high for long tailed keywords.

Google's AdWords Keyword tool is a free SEO research tool you can use. This awesome tool suggests keywords and also gives you a search volume figure. To use this tool effectively, ensure that when you are looking for a variants of a keyword that you set to exact and local monthly searches. This keyword tool works great.

Do not toy with keyword research if you crave targeted website traffic. Ensure that you use keywords that tally with what you are offering. If you try to manipulate keywords not related to your online business for a quick buck, it won't work. Choose keywords that work with your website. Nothing stops you from tweaking your site, product or service if you uncover keywords that you can tweak to your advantage.

Stay away from competitive keywords. They are already taken by the big guns. And you would most likely never make it to 'Google's Holy Grail 1st page' no matter how hard you try. So after coming up with long tail keywords

4 Effective Ways to Drive Traffic to Your Site Using Pinterest

Pinterest started out as a scrapbook-type site where people could post pictures of their friends, family, pets and more and share them with other people. However, the response has being massive and people have started using Pinterest for marketing purposes and to increase web traffic.

Pinterest is a cool way to share your products or services with the rest of the virtual world. You can 'pin' pictures of products or showcase the talents that you have on offer. Pinterest works great for your brand and business personality if you know what you are doing. Here are 4 effective ways to drive traffic to your site using Pinterest.

Show Your Pins on Facebook and Twitter

Before Pinterest was Facebook and Twitter. The Tsunami traffic on these 2 sites is no joke. So use it to your advantage. This is very easy; you can share your pictures right from your Pinterest page. If your pictures are quality and attractive people will check it out. People are more likely to look at more pictures than read more text.

Do not sell ice to Eskimos

Use Pinterest demographics to get the right people checking out your pictures. If you do not target the right audience, you will never get traffic to your site. When you target the right niche, they will follow you and re-pin.

According to present research, most users of Pinterest are women aged 25-45 with at least a college degree. So if your business is tilted towards women in this category, you have struck gold. Even if your site is no tilted to women, see how you can tweak and cash in on the traffic.

Besides, the way the traffic for Pinterest is rushing in, who says those grand daddy boots you are selling would not moving like hot cupcakes in a few months.

Drum Up Activity

Send the word out. Let your mailing list and friends or associates from other social networks know that you are on Pinterest.

Ask them to send photos of your product in action or provide engaging images of recommendations or testimonials. Try not to be to direct with the marketing.

Go for creativity and exciting pictures. Mix it with neutral pictures to strike a great balance. And that you are not trying too hard to get your business noticed.

Keep Your Eyes Peeled

Be ready to tweak your pinboard, if you are looking for maximum effect; realize that nothing is cast in stone. So watch out for what people are excited about on Pinterest and see what building interest is early enough for you to jump on it.

Always build your pinboards round a theme, that way people know what you are about or can find what they are looking for easily.

Pinterest gives you the chance to add that special touch to your business, something that big companies cannot afford to pull off. So strategize before jumping in. Do things right and get laser-targeted traffic to your site and sales to go with it.

Creating a Long Term and a Short Term Web Traffic Strategy

This article should help those of you who are looking to grow your web business. It is critical that you employ both a long-term and a short-term traffic strategy to have the most amount of success. Why is that?

The benefits of a short-term strategy -

This kind of strategy is one where you will start to see the results of your efforts instantaneously. This typically involves paying for the traffic, whether it is Media Buying, Pay Per Click, Pay Per View, etc. It is important to have an effective strategy that is short-term for a couple of reasons.

1. You will find out if what you are selling actually sells - This is a key component. You do not want to wait for 90 - 180 days to find out that there is no market for what you are selling. You will want to know much more quickly so you can make the proper adjustments. The speed at which you will be able to adjust will separate the winners from the losers.

2. You will get the feeling of a quick win - This is critical. You need to experience a quick win. The best way to get a quick win is to have an effective short-term strategy.

The benefits of a long-term strategy -

A long-term strategy involves those things where you do the work today and reap the benefits of that work in perpetuity. Search Engine Optimization is one of the best long-term strategies. If you create a video or an article today, you could be receiving traffic from that video or article for years to come. Although there will be some cases where you will see immediate traffic, in most cases it is more likely that you will have to wait up to 90 days to see any results. The key to this strategy is to put out a lot of quality content and to see what works. However, it requires patience during the incubation period, while you are waiting to get back the results from the work that you are putting out there.

Both types of strategies by themselves can produce amazing results. However, if you can combine them together you can get the best of both worlds. The short-term strategies will be best for allowing you to adjust more quickly and the long-term strategies will have the greatest benefit for the long-term. So make sure to employ both strategies in your marketing efforts.

Is It Worth Your Money To Purchase Traffic For Your Website

Something you might or might not be aware of is the fact that obtaining traffic to your internet site is one of the hardest things that any Online Marketer will need to face. When it comes to producing this traffic I should point out that there are quite a few ways that folks can go about getting it. Just about the most popular techniques for getting the traffic men and women are making an effort to get is through the search engines like google by utilizing proper search engine optimization. There are programs on the net today which will allow men and women to actually purchase website traffic. Needless to say when you choose to purchase traffic there are some things you are going to have to know so you don't waste your cash.

Loads of web sites that wind up selling web site traffic to individuals will not wind up providing these individuals with the quality traffic they need in order to produce cash. In fact you're going to see that some of the so called website traffic suppliers use various kinds of automated software or bots to create hits for your site. So while you are sitting back and watching your hit counter roll away as you think you are getting traffic, the fact of the matter is it is nothing more than a computer created visit. This also means that the money you spent on this traffic was a total waste mainly because not one real person came to your site.

As a result of the fact that many individuals are buying traffic these days, more and more of these dishonest organizations are popping up all over the place selling useless traffic. And you're going to have to try and avoid these kinds of scams no matter what, and there are some suggestions below which will help.

In relation to spotting a scam site, one of the primary indicators you are going to find is the actual website itself. Individuals wind up throwing these sites up left and right to be able to try and scam people out of cash, so if this site looks poorly created or just very cheesy you may want to stay away from it. You may end up coming across to an internet site selling traffic that looks very professional with a good design, at which point you ought to go through and see if there are any spelling or grammar mistakes made on the website. You ought to never find mistakes like this on a web site that is being run by a professional company, often made by an individual person sitting within their basement setting up these sites.

You're in addition going to want to see if they have their contact information somewhere on the web site. Web sites that do not have a contact page or any method to get in touch with them are probably just looking to scam you out of money. Some of these scam sites will have a page that offers contact information, in which case I would highly recommend that you contact these individuals to see exactly how long it takes for them to return to you. If it ends up taking longer than one day, you may possibly see that this is an additional site run by one particular person and it might be another scam.

If you talk to any successful Internet Marketer they're going to usually tell you that purchasing hits for your internet site is usually an entire waste of time and money. If you're looking to spend cash on purchasing traffic for your internet site I would suggest using a reputable program such as Google Adwords. Although you may wind up investing more money per visitor by using a pay per click program, at least you will know you are getting good quality traffic to your web page.

Marketing An Online Business: Are You Getting Repeat Visitors To Your Website? Want To?

To be successful at marketing an online business it is important to add new content so any new visitors will turn into repeat visitors giving you a better chance at converting them into a buying customer.

Marketing An Online Business: Understanding The Business Concept Of The Expense Of Acquiring A New Customer

To expand upon the above statement so you can understand it and to emphasize how important this is, there is an often stated business concept for all businesses, regardless of the type of business, that states the most difficult thing for a business to do is to acquire a new customer.

I modify this concept for marketing an online business as the most difficult thing to do is to get a new visitor to your website.

Once you have a blog and/or other places you are putting up content, including making short videos, You need to always be updating these sites with new content especially for your repeat visitors who come back to see what else you have to say and offer to them. If they stop by and see exactly what was there a week ago, they'll click off in a few seconds.

After one or two visits in which they see nothing new you will probably lose them forever!

This means the time and effort and other resources invested in acquiring this new customer have been lost, totally wasted.

Marketing An Online Business: You Don't Have To Be Perfect.

While it will take some work to constantly create new content it is necessary and please realize that you don't have to be perfect and always write something that you feel is great. The main point is that you continue to pump out information regarding you and your product or service so that once you get a new, unique visitor you can turn them into a regular visitor as this will make it easier to convert them from a potential customer into a buying customer.

As they keep coming back they will learn more about you and the product or service you offer, and hopefully begin to trust you and start to consider you an authority on the subject matter of your product or service and therefore will be more likely to make a purchase a little ways down the road.

Marketing An Online Business: How Can I Possibly Do This With My Responsibilities Towards My Family And My Current Job?

Now this does not mean you have to update your blog everyday as well as update on a daily basis every other place you have content up on the web, but you want to do this as best you can at a steady pace.

I am sure many of you are working full-time and have children but are still looking to create a side business for some extra cash that maybe you can slowly build into something that can create enough income that you can make this a new full-time job. However, after work and family, you have limited time and energy to devote to marketing an online business.

In this case you do the best you can, find a pace that works for you without running yourself into the ground and without totally neglecting your family or seriously affecting your ability to do your current job at a satisfactory level.

Also there are probably a fair amount of people that are new to marketing an online business and not even taking into account the various technical aspects they will have to learn, it can take them sometime to work up to being able to rather quickly create new content.

Marketing An Online Business: An Example Of A Solution For The Situations Mentioned Above.

So to address both the situations mentioned above, don't spread yourself too thin with too many sites or places on the web where you are placing content. As an example, if you can only post to your blog 3 times a week and only write 3 or 4 articles a week, that's fine. You will make steady progress.

I feel you need to balance work, home and family, and also a little time for yourself so you don't burn out or begin to feel irritated as it seems like you never get a chance to rest.

Think of marketing an online business as not a sprint, but more like a 10K run where you need to have a steady pace personal to you in order to reach the finish line. This finish line I define as continually working your online business and acquiring traffic that turns into repeat traffic that will eventually bring you sales and therefore a profit.

Marketing An Online Business: The Bottom Line.

To sum up the main point of this article you want to be constantly having repeat visitors see something new every time they visit your website so they will keep coming back. This will let you capitalize on the investment of time and energy spent in acquiring a new visitor to your website.

As they keep coming back they will learn more about you and the product or service you offer. When it comes to successfully marketing an online business the more your repeat visitors learn about you and trust you the more likely they will buy your product or service over a competitor's as they feel you are honestly offering them something of value that they want and are looking for.

Going out on your own to become a successful entrepreneur by marketing an online business can be confusing at times and you may soon find yourself feeling lost and struggling to keep yourself focused. Scott Casey's blog at: http://www.onlinemarketingscott.com/ has valuable information regarding online marketing from basic strategies to techniques and ideas to keep you focused and to learn how to get the best out of your marketing efforts and yourself.

Increase Website Traffic With Solo Ads

To increase website traffic with solo ads, you must follow a simple strategy. It is really easy to spend too much money with solo advertising. Fortunately for you, there is a simple way to improve the amount of traffic you get from these ads while at the same time, saving money. Here's a plan I think you will appreciate:

Start small. This is so important. If you really want to succeed with this form of advertising, you must start small. When you spend a lot of money on a big advertising package without testing smaller packages first, you almost always lose money. This is because you have to find the e-zine publishers who meet your expectations. If they have a list of people who are internet marketers, and you try to promote your network marketing opportunity to their list, your results won't be great. You must match up your market with the market of their list.

Scale your marketing. Once you have found at least 5 e-zine publishers that you did well with, scale it up. Purchase the bigger ad packages. If you are building your own list (as you should be) you will notice a huge influx in sales. Now that you have found a good publisher, run a solo ad with them at least once per week.

Communicate with the e-zine publisher first. Never purchase a solo ad package without emailing the publisher first. This will ensure that you don't waste your money. Unfortunately, there are many publishers online who are just trying to take your money. These are the people who will not respond to your email. If you get a friendly response, you know the publisher is good. Also, look for comments from people who have purchased from them before. Positive feedback is a great sign.

Test each solo ad source at least 3 times. In order to get great results with solo ads, test each publisher's smaller packages first. After 3 tests, you should have a great idea of how well your ads will run. Once you have an ad that performs well with a particular e-zine publisher, run it again. You can run your ads with one publisher at least once per week. This will give you lots of subscribers who will be exposed to your products and services.

Solo ads are a great source of traffic because the people on the publisher's e-zine have already decided that the want information related to your niche. And the best part is that you get to leverage the credibility of the e-zine owner and this will give you a huge advantage.

5 Terrific Ways to Drive Traffic to Your Site

TRAFFIC, TRAFFIC, TRAFFIC. . . It's the lifeblood of any business. Without traffic, you don't have clients, and without clients, you don't have any business--pure and simple! This is the way business works. That's why, if you have a website and you want to get clients, learning and mastering how to get traffic is crucial.

In this post today, I want to share with you some great ways to generate traffic and start getting clients.

1. Organic Traffic

The first one is organic traffic, which I personally love. Organic traffic is when people search for something using search engines like the big Google, and they find your site via their search. There are many ways to improve organic traffic, primarily through Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

SEO is a vast subject with many pieces to cover but probably the easiest way to learn what and how to utilize it is to start doing it, even if you don't have any idea what SEO is, find out the basics and then start using it on your blog as you learn.

Write about what your clients talk about, and if you know some of the keywords that they use and search for on Google, even better; write about those search words and terms.

2. Social Media

Another great way to gain more traffic is through social media. Facebook alone has close to one billion users and Twitter has 500 million accounts, giving no doubt that your clients are on social media. The real question is this:

Are you using social media to generate traffic to your website?

To gain a clear image about your social media traffic, go to your Google Analytics account and if you don't see nothing in the social section, you'll want to start adding social media as your traffic source. You don't want to miss out.

3. Guest Blogging

Guest blogging is great; and besides the fact that posting your article on other people's blogs is a great way to promote your business fast, another great thing is that you create relationships with peeps. There are a lot of blogs out there that post often and they needs good content all the time. You can contact them regarding submitting a guest post, with some of the blogs even have an invitation on the right side of their navigation bar. Submit your blog post and if it's good, you will get an answer from them.

4. Paid traffic

If you want to get rich, use free traffic--but if you want to make fortunes, use paid traffic. I have used both and I am telling you from my experience that both are great, but paid traffic is a much faster way to build up your business. Like the old saying, "money buys time".

Investing in paid traffic can get you the results that you want much faster, but you need to have the money to invest in the first place. Because of that, it's a personal choice and you need to choose which option is the best one for you right now.

5. List swaps

When we talk about list swaps, we talk about giving away something for free to other people's lists of contacts (database). You will return the favor by sending an email to your own contacts your list swap partner's freebie. It's a win-win situation, and if you know how to pick your list-swap partners, this can be the fastest way to grow your business. But as I said, one of the important parts is to know how to pick your partners.

How to Earn More Money Online With the Best Internet Traffic Methods

Any online marketer who wishes to be successful must always have the right number of website traffic. No business can be said to be an online business if it does not draw visitors to the site unless it is a dead business. To make a thriving online business you must always have something to draw the audience to your website.

By acquiring the right techniques and skills you will have the right steps to guide you through internet marketing. You will find your site drawing a lot of people and many potential buyers in record time. All this does not come easy. You need to keep trying to get more new traffic each day while retaining the original traffic. Some of the techniques used may not be very fast in picking up internet traffic but they do pay off in the long term. This is what we can call a long term investment.

Below are some of the best methods that can be used to draw the right people to your website. These methods have been tested and have been proven to be of worth in internet marketing.

Pay per click advertisement. This is a good way to ensure that you only get the right kind of traffic to your website. By using pay per click an internet marketer does not have to always pay for the advertisements since you only pay for the number of visits or clicks made on your link. It is a fast way to market a product since the moment you list it you will start getting visitors. Any time a visitor clicks on your link you will only pay according to the terms and conditions you have set up with the service provider.
Blog commenting is another way to generate traffic to your website. At the same time you could also brand and market yourself as an subject matter expert. This is done by making a comment on other people's blog and at the end of the comment leaving a link leading back to your website. As all search engines love good blogs, once the owner of the blog gives a go ahead, your link will be indexed. With this done, you will have a new backlink and whenever it is clicked, it will direct the traffic to your site.
Article writing is another way to get people flocking on your website. These articles are meant to provide people with all the information they need or love. As a result they are highly rated by search engines and they will always be given a higher priority. At the end of each interesting article you will need to create a link that will always lead anyone to your website when clicked. These articles are then submitted to sites like Article Base, EzineArticles and GoArticles.
Social bookmarking and video marketing can also help you generate a lot of web traffic to your website. In video marketing all you have to do is post videos of the products that you have on sale and the audience will always come looking for you.

PS
I know it is real frustrating that you have to keep on struggling to make money online. The late nights and the hours put in seem to yield little or no results. I was also struggling until I found a SECRET word and whole idea behind this.

This new concept will certainly blow your mind away. Click here to go and have a look

How To Increase Website Traffic - What You Need To Know And Where To Get Them

"How to increase website traffic?" This could be the most helpful question you could ask yourself if you are building a business online. As we all know it, website traffic is the lifeblood of any internet related business. No traffic means no visits, and therefore less people will know about what your service or product is all about.

Fortunately, there are tons of ways on how to increase website traffic. It's only a matter of implementing them, and how much time, effort, dedication or money do you want to spend. You may be taken aback why I mentioned the word 'money' here. I will explain this part later.

The two main types of website traffic

There are two main types of website traffic. One is free traffic, the other is paid traffic. Each one has its pros and cons. Free traffic is of course, free, but time-consuming, laborious at times, unpredictable and getting website traffic can take quite a long time. But then again this is free traffic generation and you cannot lose anything.

Now if you have enough money to spend in advertising your website, you can go for paid traffic. Hence, the 'money' in the paragraph above.

Paid traffic generation can be very effective and can get you lots of targeted visitors instantly. There is no need for search engine optimization, no need to get glued in front of your computer all day long and you can get very good traffic almost immediately. You just need to create an account with an advertising company, set up a campaign, and the advertising company will do the rest.

Free Traffic

If you are an online marketer starting up your web business with very little budget, you may want to increase website traffic by following the free route. Yes, getting website traffic is very much possible by using free traffic sources such as social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. Especially in Facebook, you can create a Fan Page dedicated to whatever you promote online.

Other important free traffic sources include classified ads websites like Craigslist, Yahoo Classifieds, Squidoo, etc. These websites are surprisingly ranking high in Alexa.com, so it also means that a lot of people are going there to search for something they need --- and this might be your product or service.

Another free traffic generation technique includes article marketing - where you create a key-word rich article and submit them for free to article directories like Ezinearticles.com. The idea is to link your website or blog to this article that you submit, together with the right keywords, and search engines will do the rest. It's like linking your 'unknown website' to a more popular website so you can get an online presence.

Other free traffic sources include submitting your links to social bookmarking sites like Digg.com or Reddit, where the idea is, it's like letting the whole web know that you've done something, and this could be seen by other internet users as well.

You could also participate in similar niche forums where you can create a signature that bears your website link, and posting videos in Youtube.com then placing your link at the description section. If the reader or viewer will like your video, or find your post helpful (in case of forums), mostly likely, they will click your link and be redirected to your website.

Also, bloggers use SEO a lot (Search Engine Optimization), where they use proper keywords and install plugins dedicated to search engine optimization in order for their sites to rank high at search engine results pages. This entails some research needed but certainly you can do this too.

Paid Traffic

Getting website traffic through paid advertising can be viewed more like a business with expenses and profit. The expenses come from buying advertisements for traffic generation, while the profits come from the sales you were able to generate (be it from purchase of a product or service) as a result of traffic to your website.

Paid traffic does not necessarily mean paying expensive money, but there are a lots of advertising companies you can go to that charge only pennies for each traffic that they generate for your website. And this is targeted traffic, which means that your ad is going to appear right at the computer screen of your prospect that might be interested in your product or service.

One classic example of paid traffic is PPC (Pay-per-click). The concept of PPC is simple. You pay only for the number of clicks to your advertisement, which is pretty cool. If you are new to online marketing, you may or you may not be aware of this, but the text ads you see in every page of Google, Yahoo or MSN are all pay-per-click ads. Somebody paid in order for those ads to show up on the pages that you browse.

Another classic example is the use of banner ads. Images that appear on your computer screen are most likely banners, and they come in different sizes and formats. Unlike PPC, most banner advertising companies sell banner impressions by bulk. For example, you can buy 100,000 banner impressions for $50 - that is, one impression is equal to one view of your banner. If they click on your banner, they will be redirected to your website.

Still, another way on how to increase website traffic is the use of e-mail marketing. This technique is hugely popular to online marketers as it allows them to advertise using just one e-mail, to be sent out to thousands of people, sometimes even to hundreds of thousands at a time. The goal of this traffic generation technique is to get the prospect to actually read your e-mail and this is done by creating an interesting subject line. When the reader clicks on the link inside your e-mail, they will be redirected to your website.

Conclusion

These traffic generation techniques, either paid or free, are actionable and can be very successful if done correctly. The web traffic generation sources listed in here are just very few. While there are still a lot of traffic generation techniques out there, as on internet marketer, traffic generation is an all-important skill that needs to be learned. But once you learn how to generate website traffic, you will always have this skill and your profits and will surely soar.

How to Get Explosive Traffic and Double Your Mailing List Subscribers

I want you to know I am fascinated with traffic. Whether you run a blog, forum, Ecommerce, or affiliate site, getting people to your page is the lifeblood of the business, right? It's not sexy. It's fundamental. But being laser focused on the fundamentals is how you build a six figure business. I want to outline a few strategies I've been focusing on this year to increase traffic. Here they are in no particular order.

1.Social Media

While this can be a big time waster if not used in the right way (to drive traffic), promoting your content via social media can give you a huge advantage. While we live in a world of constant connectivity, social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc are gaining more and more users. This means there is an ever increasing number of people our content can reach. Getting a post to go viral can make a huge impact in your traffic report. But even more so is the ability for you to ENGAGE with your audience. It's a proven fact that people buy from people/companies they know, like, or trust. So building that relationship with them can be very significant. Consider Oprah. Oprah has done such a great job with this concept. She literally has thousands of "followers" who rush out to buy her recommendations because she has such loyal fans that she has built strong emotional equity with.

2. Forum Marketing

This is an oldie but goodie. Forum marketing is still proven to be a fantastic way to get people to visit your site. The key is providing useful information in the forums. When you do this, people will view you as an authority figure on the subject and will naturally want more from you. By including a link to your website in your signature (this is found usually at the bottom of your post window and can be customized by editing your profile information), you give those hungry users a way to learn more about the subject. Of course it goes without saying that you should tailor your signature links for each forum so the link they are clicking is relevant to the topic of the forum. A secret to getting the most traffic out of the forums is to give your very best information. Don't hold anything back and you will gain tons of free traffic and build your reputation as the expert on the subject. The equation is simple; more value equals more traffic. And remember, it is about quality, not quantity.

3. Solo Ads

This is one that I had a tough time with at first. I cringe at paying for traffic. But, now I'm kicking myself wishing I'd "seen the light" a little sooner.Turns out, this is one of the biggest traffic sources for my businesses. If you must use only ONE strategy for your business, this is it. It has proven to be a successful and consistent way of generating traffic, and leads. Solo ads are standalone advertisements that are sent to subscribers of an established newsletter or ezine. They are relatively cheap, ranging from free to $3 per thousand impressions. When the subscriber receives the ezine, your ad is the only thing they see. What I struggled with, and I assume many others do too, is investing money back into your business in the form of advertising. You see, it's easy to invest in training, new software, or new tools. But putting money into what could be considered the vacuum that is called advertising, is a scary and often avoided concept. Truth is, using your money to buy solo ads is an efficient way to create consistent, predictable traffic.

4. High-level Guest Blogging

As is building relationships with your followers, it is equally important to build relationships with your peers. Making connections with other bloggers, or even competitors, is an important step to building your business and brand. There are several ways to do this, but one very crushing way is to guest blog on someone's page. This means writing exclusive content for the purpose of posting it on someone else's blog. The benefit here is that you will have access to their audience and the opportunity to gain loyal readers. And loyal readers equal more traffic, quite possibly thousands of new visitors flooding your site. Even more importantly you will build your network or friends. You see, people are the cornerstone of every business. Building these connections and relationships is one of the ways to shortcut your way to success. Remember, go big here. The bigger and more popular the blog is, the better results you will see. Traffic is a numbers game. Don't be afraid to contact the bigger fish and ask if they are receptive to guest posts. A strong bet is they are.The worst that can happen is they say no and you move on. Don't be surprised if they ask for a sample of your work prior to saying yes to you, especially if they aren't familiar with you yet.

5. Create Pillar Content

This is something I pride myself on: creating epic posts. Now, not everything I write is going to be a world class epic post. But that doesn't mean it shouldn't be. What epic means to me is to provide insanely valuable, actionable content that screams "READ AND SHARE ME!" Epic content is hard not to share, right? We love it. We love sending it to our friends so they can benefit and hopefully raise how cool they think we are because we read it first. And writing it is not really that hard. It does take a little extra time to think out how you want the post to sound, and probably a little revising, but not much different from your normal posts... if your goal already is to provide useful, quality information to your readers.

You know how people are drawn to positive attitudes? Well, the same applies online. People are drawn to unique personalities. So provide a unique personality or approach to a subject, and readers will want to read your stuff.

Write content that makes people think, inspires, creates value, provides a new perspective, challenges, and pushes people out of their comfort zones. Now that is pillar content.

Focus and speed of implementation are 2 keys to getting quick results. I promise you that if you implement the above methods in a whole-hearted manner, by putting the effort into doing them 100%, you will see results fast.

5 Free Traffic Tips

It is a fact that there are thousands of written articles online that can give you free traffic tips for your website or your blog. There are good tips to follow to make sure that you get the right kind of traffic, here is a list of 5 free traffic tips that are crucial to building a good audience online.

Search Engine Optimization

Like anything else finding the right words is vital. Whatever your website is about may it be a blog or you're selling something exposure is what you need. It's one thing to be searchable via the major search engines like Google, Yahoo or Bing but it is another to be on top of the search list. Targeting the right keywords that people often use to search can help you crawl up on the major list of results.

A lot of companies hire and pay good money for good SEO writers than can spin key phrases and words. Because of these SEO words there is a better chance that you can crawl up your site as among the first results and get more traffic since most people only open the first few choices on a results page. But, you don't have to pay money to get SEO done on your site; just make sure that the right word tags are used or repeat a certain searchable phrase on a blog post then you can slowly optimize your chances for a better traffic.

Read Blogs and Leave Comments

Here is another technique that can build your online presence, reach out and leave comments, sincere ones at that, on blog posts. Writers love to be recognized and be heard, after creating a rapport with other writers you will be expanding your online social circle and can add up to your regular traffic. You never know they may even write about you.

Keep Linking Out

Make use of social networking sites. Linking out through these networks can drive hundreds or even more traffic to your website or blog. These links can also be shared thus making it easier to spread news about your post or site. Sites like Twitter, Facebook and social sharing sites like StumbleUpon are great avenues to promote your stuff.

Good Content is Everything

One way to make sure that there will be consistent traffic to your website is to have killer content. Whatever your site may be, content should be top-notch. This is what separates sites and blogs from each other. It is easier to get traffic if you do different strategies but it will be effortless for you if your content is something people can be interested in that they will even promote your site to people they know. Research and do the proper work in preparing for the stuff or write up you put out, it will all be worth it.

Be Relatable to Your Readers

There are so many sites only after the traffic to earn more on advertising but some of these sites are impersonal and totally un-relatable to readers. Even if you write about car parts or your site is about photos of plants if people can put a face and relate to the human being running the site - readers and site visitors will warm up to you. You can get your traffic in more ways than one but get your traffic the Right way by creating a good relationship with your readers. Through this they will feel like they know you and they can easily adopt you and your website within their respective online community.

These are simple 5 free traffic tips that you can do to promote your site. There is no need to spend big bucks just so people will visit, just set-up a site where they can come to and relax and be entertained.

Paid Traffic: 20 Methods That Create Fast Results

At the end of the day we have two choices when it comes to traffic - we earn it or we buy it.

Today let's take the big picture look at paid traffic methods.

The major difference is that you earn free traffic by doing the work, rather than buying ads (on places where others do the work) for paid traffic.

Now let's look at the big picture of the paid traffic world.

Rather than grouping them by publishing, broadcasting or collaboration I thought it might be more useful to list them and then share a short insight about each...

Affiliates

If you develop a strong army of affiliates and work with them to promote your product for a commission you won't have to worry about traffic again. Jimmy Brown has famously said that his affiliates send him all the traffic he needs, and I believe him.

Email Marketing

Email marketing and ezine advertising are similar, but a bit different. The difference is that there are companies with very large lists that will sell you solo ads, but they don't publish an actual email newsletter. These companies range from well to lesser known, so you need to know who you are buying from and avoid spam complaints. But solo ad sends to these lists can work very well.

Reviews

Many large sites, often blogs, will sell you a review on their site. The costs and effectiveness varies, and these site owners won't fib and say a product is great if it's not in most cases. Getting a paid review amounts to an endorsement in most people's eyes, so the value here can be huge.

Forums

Many forums sell advertising space on their site. This is highly targeted advertising, especially if it will let you buy ads (usually banners) on a sub forum. Some forums will even send email for you to their registered members.

Banners

I'm not really sure why banners aren't used more often. A well-placed banner can bring in huge results, with low cost. Banners are often sold on a cost-per-thousand impressions basis, so it's very important to know where the site gets its traffic. If you target correctly, and if your banner creates intense curiosity, you can do very well for a low fee.

Webinars

You can host webinars, although that's hard for most people. Some webinar hosts will actually sell ad space (which you can buy) that show during the webinar. You can also pay someone to host a webinar for you. This is best done as a joint venture, but can work well.

Guaranteed Visitors

While I'm not a fan of guaranteed visitor programs (the traffic is usually of very low quality) there are situations where some reputable suppliers can send traffic that will help you. I personally believe this is best only for list building. Let them join your list first, so you can sell them later, and then send them to the sales page.

Ezine Advertising

This is one of my favorites, because it just works so well. When you match the product you are promoting to the interests of the readers of the ezine, very good things happen. It's vital to pay attention to this prospect matching idea when doing any form of advertising.

CPM

Simply put, the price you pay for every 1000 impressions (or times your ad is shown). CPM advertising can be very profitable and is excellent for list building.

Offline

So many online marketers overlook offline methods completely. That can be a mistake. The key with using an offline/online mix is to either create curiosity in your offline ad, or pre-qualiy a reader or listener, and then drive them to a site where they can take the next step.

Social Media

Social sites like Twitter and Facebook can be fun and profitable both. They can also be hugely time consuming. So why not skip the hard work and just buy ads on the sites? This is currently very limited with Twitter, but Facebook and others, like Digg, do offer on-site ads that work well.

Video

If you aren't ready to shoot your own videos, consider buying ad space on videos about your promoted topic. YouTube had offered this for some time and other video networks are getting on board. The key here, as with most advertising, is to create curiosity and interest, not try to close the sale.

Networks

Ad networks can be huge time savers if you have a larger budget. Many let you get started for only a few hundred dollars (others start at $10,000 or more) and they can place all sorts of ads for you on all sorts of websites. Highly targeted and you can control costs.

CPA

CPA can be a wonderful way to get new clients while controlling costs. For example, if you know a customer is worth $100 to you and your conversion is high, you can afford to spend enough to really zero in on your target market. Since you are not paying for tire-kickers you can feel sure your money is well spent.

Blogs

Many blogs accept advertising right on their site. Blogs often offer banner ads, in-post ads and more. Some will email their list for a fee or do paid reviews. Identifying top blogs in your niche and following them makes good sense. Here is my favorite blog.

Pay Per Click

Pay per click has gone through many changes. Affiliate friendly at first, many PPC providers turned on affiliates with a vengeance. Added to this is Google's habit of canceling accounts without any notice or recourse and you can see why many feel PPC is not an option. But it can be if you do it well. My favorite voice in this world is Perry Marshall.

Websites

Advertising directly on almost any site you want can be done with Google AdWords. Many people don't realize they can target a specific site, but it can be done. You might try an ad network, or search the site you want to advertise on for an "advertise" link at the bottom of the page.

Co-ops

Some physical product companies offer what is called co-op advertising, where the company rewards you for sales by purchasing advertising for you. While this does not apply to any online products I know of, if you are marketing a physical product online, ask the company about their co-op program.

Press Releases

While great if you have something that is actually news-worthy, press releases are often taught by people who have never used them. They sound good, and are easy to do, but in my view don't work for most people and should be avoided. Remember this when doing a press release - the people reading your release will mostly be reporters looking for a juicy or otherwise attention grabbing story. So be sure to give them one if you can do that ethically.

Re-Marketing

Re-marketing works well but most don't know about it. It works by setting up a RM campaign and when someone visits your site (this works best for site owners) a cookie is set. When that visitor goes to a website that is within the network of sites your re-marketing company works with your ad is shown to that visitor, in essence reminding them you want them to come back to your site.

There you have it - a view from outer space at the big picture of paid advertising. I hope it helps!
